ABOUT

Personal Training at THE WELL is a highly individualized strength and movement experience designed to support functional strength, confidence, and long-term progress.

Sessions are available in 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1 formats, allowing for individualized coaching or training alongside a partner or small group.

Each personal training session is 60 minutes and concludes with a cool eucalyptus towel and a 10-minute guided meditation to support nervous system recovery.

Due to the nature of our individualized approach, we do not accept new Personal Training Clients without an initial conversation.

BEFORE YOU BOOK:

We require a brief call to:

  • Learn about your goals, history, and current needs

  • Recommend the most appropriate movement plan

  • Review personal training perks and what to expect on your first day

  • Discuss current availability and scheduling options

This process ensures that personal training is the right fit—for both you and our team—and allows us to provide the level of care, attention, and expertise we’re known for.
