Personal Training at THE WELL is a highly individualized strength and movement experience designed to support functional strength, confidence, and long-term progress.

Sessions are available in 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1 formats, allowing for individualized coaching or training alongside a partner or small group.

Each personal training session is 60 minutes and concludes with a cool eucalyptus towel and a 10-minute guided meditation to support nervous system recovery.

Due to the nature of our individualized approach, we do not accept new Personal Training Clients without an initial conversation.

Frequently Asked Questions about Personal Training

  • No. Personal training times on the schedule reflect potential availability, but not all time slots are open for booking.

    Some sessions are reserved for Founding PT Members who hold standing weekly times, while others may be released to Waitlist PT Clients based on availability.

    This is why a brief conversation is required before booking to ensure proper fit, scheduling clarity, and the best possible experience.

  • Founding PT Members are clients who hold a standing weekly personal training time slot. This structure allows for consistency, progressive programming, and long-term results.

    Founding PT Members must register for their session by Friday at midnight for the upcoming week. If a session is not claimed by that time, it will be released to the waitlist.

  • The waitlist is how new and flexible clients access personal training when standing slots become available.

    • Any unclaimed sessions are released to Waitlist PT Clients on Saturday mornings

    • Waitlist clients are notified when openings become available

    • Sessions are claimed on a first-come, first-served basis

    • Availability varies week to week and requires flexibility

    The waitlist is often the best way to begin personal training if no standing time is currently available.

  • Small group personal training (2–3 clients) is a great way to reduce the cost of personal training while still receiving individualized coaching, personalized programming, and hands-on support.

    Each session is designed to meet the needs of everyone in the group while maintaining the quality and attention of private training.

    Because sessions are reserved for the full group, the full session rate is still required even if one or more group members are unable to attend. Payment arrangements are managed within the group and should be agreed upon prior to your session.

  • Groups of four or more are not eligible for personal training sessions. These groups must be booked as a Private Event or Studio Rental, which allows for appropriate space, staffing, and customization.
