WHAT IS empowHER?
empowHER is an annual women's wellness event hosted by THE WELL, built to bring women together to move, breathe, connect, and support one another. Packed into one morning, you'll find 4 movement classes across four disciplines, an outdoor wellness and retail market featuring local women-owned and wellness brands, and a silent auction stocked with more than $10,000 in donated products and services.
This year is different, and it's personal. empowHER 2026 falls during Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, and proceeds go directly to supporting women navigating pregnancy and infant loss. Whether you come for the movement, the community, the shopping, or the cause, every ticket makes a difference.

OUR WHY →
Kalie Berin Photography
“When I started empowHER, I wanted to create a space where women could feel strong, seen, and supported. And that's exactly what it's been. This year, it means something deeper.
In 2025, I walked through a loss I never expected. After losing our son at 37 weeks, I was forever changed. My perspective, my body, my heart, and my compassion for women walking similar journeys were all transformed. That change is what fuels my passion for not staying silent, but instead talking openly about loss: to educate, to empathize, and to make a difference.
What I learned is that pregnancy and infant loss is far more common than we talk about, and far too often it's carried in silence. I don't want it to be silent anymore.
So this year, empowHER raises funds to supporting women walking this same road. This is my why. Thank you for being part of it.”
