Our group classes are intentionally kept small so you have space to move comfortably and receive focused attention from your instructor. This allows for personalized cueing and optional hands-on adjustments in a supportive, non-crowded environment.
Group Classes
BUILD: A strength-focused class grounded in our belief that building muscle is essential to women’s longevity. Using dumbbells and functional movement, BUILD supports bone health, metabolism, confidence, and long-term independence through proper form and progressive strength training.
SCULPT: A mat-based Pilates class combining contemporary and classical Pilates movements with light resistance to build muscular endurance, core strength, and body awareness through controlled, low-impact movement.
CORE & RESTORE: A balanced class combining targeted core work, mobility, and gentle strength with restorative movement.
Each class ends with guided meditation and sound bath to support recovery and nervous system regulation.
RENEW: A deeply restorative experience centered on guided meditation and sound bath to calm the nervous system and support mental and physical recovery. RENEW is also the recovery element woven into many of our signature events.
