THE WELL offers a diverse selection of overall physical health including Private Personal Training, BUILD Functional Strength Training Classes, Pilates SCULPT Classes, REWNEW soundbath and meditations, and RECOVERY + mobility classes and specialized pre/postnatal fitness programs.

We prioritize mental health by offering valuable community resources like RENEW guided meditations, stress management, and mental health retreats, providing individuals an immersive experience to focus on their mental well-being.

At THE WELL Collective, we practice functional nutrition, an individualized, education-driven approach rooted in understanding how your body actually functions. While many women begin with weight-related goals, our work goes deeper, focusing on fuel, body composition, metabolic health, hormones, gut health, and long-term vitality. Using medical-grade body composition analysis, 1:1 consultation, and advanced testing when appropriate, we help uncover what your body truly needs, because every body is different, and your nutrition should be too.

THE WELL offers a private treatment room available for aligned wellness providers to host appointments, pop-ups, or establish a recurring practice in a supportive, community-driven space.

Instead of relying on a single number from a scale, we use medical-grade body composition analysis, 1:1 consultation, and advanced testing when appropriate to uncover what your body truly needs to feel stronger, think clearer, and perform better.
